The Computational Neuropsychiatry Lab at the Hebrew University’s School of Medicine and the Department of Neurology at Hadassah Medical Center in Jerusalem invite applications for a lab-manager / 3-years postdoctoral position in brain network modeling and analysis. We seek candidates with strong research backgrounds in functional MRI analysis (including classification methods) and network modeling. Knowledge in machine learning is an advantage. This position is an exciting opportunity to lead significant work on cutting edge research of extended memory (memory, navigation, future prospection, orientation) in healthy subjects and patients with Alzheimer’s disease and dissociative disorders using computational analysis of multimodal (fMRI, PET, EEG) brain imaging techniques. The successful candidate is expected to lead a group of PhD students on several research projects. The candidate will have access to state-of-the-art brain imaging and computational facilities, as well as patients with acute and chronic disorders in the emergency room, clinics and wards of the Hadassah Medical Center. Strong programming skills and previous experience with fMRI analysis are desirable. Candidates are requested to email a CV, statement of research interests and relevant background, and names of three referees to Shahar Arzy.
