Winter School "Human Action Control: Current Theories and Debates"

Tübingen, Germany
13-16 February 2017

Once called the Cinderella of Psychology, research on human action control has attracted much research in the last decades within fields like Cognitive Psychology, Cognitive Sciences, Movement Sciences, Robotics, or Philosophy. This Winter School brings together internationally recognized experts (among others: David Rosenbaum, Bernhard Hommel, Robert Proctor, Daniel Wolpert) in fields like Ideomotor Theory and the two-visual pathways (dorsal vs. ventral) model proposed by Milner and Goodale. These topics will be complemented by, for example, developmental and applied contributions.
Ph.D. students (and advanced Master students) from all countries and action-related disciplines are now invited to apply for their participation in the Winter School. The School is co-funded by ESCoP.

Application deadline: 28 October 2016
