Sixth Annual Conference on Advances in Cognitive Systems
18-20 August 2018
Stanford, California, USA
The meeting will bring together researchers who study high-level cognition, emphasize rich, structured representations, adopt a systems-level view of the mind, and incorporate insights about human thinking. The purpose is to report progress toward the original goals of artificial intelligence and cognitive science, which aimed to explain the mind in computational terms and to reproduce a broad range of human abilities in computational artifacts. The conference welcomes work on any topic related to the representation or organization of complex mental structures, their use in multi-step cognition, or their acquisition from experience or instruction.
Paper submission deadline: 25 May 2018
