Dear colleagues,

We are pleased to announce the next Psycholinguistics in Flanders (PiF) conference held in Ghent, Belgium, on 4th and 5th June 2018.

The conference is (mainly) aimed at early-career researchers working in psycholinguistics from different perspectives (psychological, neurocognitive, linguistic, computational), interested in various aspects of language, such as reading, text comprehension, word processing, speech production, speech recognition, language acquisition, bilingualism, etc.

More information is available at www.pif2018.ugent.be

You can submit your title and abstract via email to pif2018.ugent@gmail.com before 31st March 2018. We welcome contributions related to all aspects of language processing and language acquisition, including, but not limited to, reading, text comprehension, word processing, learning, speech production, speech perception, etc. You can find information about abstracts format at www.pif2018.ugent.be

Invited speakers are Elin Runnqvist from the CNRS-Aix Marseille Université (Marseille) and Falk Huettig from the Max Planck Institute for Psycholinguistics (Nijmegen).

This year PiF will also host an information session about the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions that will provide useful information on eligibility, procedure, along with tips and tricks for a good proposal.

We are looking forward to receiving your contribution and to welcoming you in Ghent next June!
